What this service does

Discussion Confirmation supports invited participants in private research exercises. It is operated by JURORLOGIC LLC. We use participant information to confirm attendance, deliver questionnaire links and project instructions, monitor questionnaire completion, and respond to participant questions.

Information we collect

We may receive or collect your name, participant number, telephone number, email address, photograph, recruitment and attendance information, questionnaire responses, message history, device and delivery information, and other details needed for the particular research exercise.

How information is used and disclosed

Information is used only to administer the research exercise, communicate with participants, collect and validate responses, maintain security, and produce research data for authorized project personnel. Access is limited to authorized operational staff, recruiters, consultants, moderators, service providers, and other project personnel who need it for those purposes.

We do not sell participant information. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won't be shared with any third parties.

Text messaging

If you consent, Discussion Confirmation may send project-specific invitations, questionnaire links, scheduling notices, attendance instructions, and replies to your questions. Consent is not a condition of participation. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Opting out of text messages does not prevent you from contacting project staff by another available method.

Retention and security

Active project information is protected by access controls and retained only as needed for project administration, contractual requirements, legal obligations, and research records. Project records may be archived after active use and retained for at least seven years. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask a project contact to correct your contact information or communication preferences. Project response data may be retained when required for research integrity, contractual obligations, or law. To ask a privacy question, email discussionconfirmation@gmail.com.
